Corporate Partnership Program

Your estuary is a vital part of all our lives.  Together we can protect, restore, and support it.

The GTM Research Reserve needs your help

The GTM Research Reserve is special. It is one of only 29 National Estuarine Research Reserve Systems in the nation, and one of only three in Florida. The Reserve’s estuary is home to protected animals and migrating birds. It is where many of us have made memories, and is the precious please we will leave to our children.

Today, you can make the decision to protect your estuary and your Reserve. There has never been a more important time and this is your chance to make a difference.

As a corporate partner, you will join a dynamic group of business leaders who are committed to protecting this critically important resource and who believe our estuary is worth saving.

Getting involved

The companies who choose to partner with the Friends of the GTM Reserve do so for a number of reasons. Some are champions for the environment and wish to see the precious coastal ecosystem at GTM protected for future generations. Others are committed to the success of their employees and provide opportunities for the staff to volunteer and do good in the community. Many of our partners believe strongly in quality education programs where young people are inspired to pursue STEM fields and a love for science. Others support worthy causes while building their business through sponsorship, networking, and shared marketing campaigns.

With that in mind, the GTM Corporate Partner Program seeks to provide a variety of opportunities for all levels of engagement and needs. Below are some examples of ways you and your employees can get more involved.

These days, more and more companies are looking for ways to give back to the local community — and the GTM Research Reserve is the perfect place to do that. Engage in a team-building experience with your employees as they improve the health of our coastal habitat during a customized corporate service day. There are a variety of activities and many sites to choose from, and the time commitment can be as little as a few hours to a full day. Your corporate service day is the perfect way to help your employees identify the core values of your company and execute a community project that brings those values to life.

Corporate partners have the opportunity to engage with community stakeholders, researchers and academics, and regional leaders by sponsoring events at the GTM Research Reserve. Show your support for science, the environment, and education by aligning your brand with the Reserve.

Our Corporate Partners and Friends members are making a difference through their support of research projects, education programs, and stewardship of this precious resource. Learn about some of the ways your dollars are being used to make a different at the GTM Research Reserve…
