Beginning Friday, April 22nd, at 10:00 am to Friday, April 29th, at 10:00 am, you will be able to bid online for the many auction baskets available this year, ranging from original works of art, collectibles, travel packages, dining experiences, and other unique offerings like:
- Serenata Beach Club Membership valued at $8,000
- 2.88kW Photovoltaic Solar System from Solar Boss valued at $8,600
- Pedego City Commuter Lite electric bicycle valued at $2,000

You will also be able to support programs at GTM by “Sponsoring a Scientist” or “Sponsoring a Snake”, and other “sponsorships.” Remember, all proceeds from Oceanwise help support the estuary and the programs we all love.

We are using the 32auctions platform for our online auction. This tried-and-true auction platform has been used for years by nonprofits around the country and maintains a solid reputation for protecting users’ privacy. Once you sign up for a 32auctions account, you will only receive emails if you choose to bid on items, and these will only be about your bid activity. To learn more about how 32auctions uses your information, the links to their terms of use and privacy policy are below.
What about in-person bidding at Oceanwise? The online auction will end on Friday, April 29th, at 10:00 am. The highest online bid will become the starting bid at Oceanwise, where in-person guests can continue the bidding process. Once the in-person auction ends, the Friends staff will confirm the highest bidder from both online and in-person bids. When checkout opens at Oceanwise, the winning bidders will be identified, and guests will know what they’ve won!
Note about proxy bids: Online bidders can enter a proxy bid, which indicates the highest amount the bidder is willing to pay for the package. At the end of in-person bidding at Oceanwise, the proxy bids will be compared to the final in-person bids. The highest bidder will be offered the package. As always, if the highest bidder fails to pay for the package, or is unable to pick it up, the next highest bidder will be notified and offered the package.

- Provide your name and email address and agree to terms of use and privacy policy.
- An email will be sent to the email address provided. Follow the instructions in the email to finish creating your account.
- Click the link and you will return to the 32auctions website.
- Close the tab.
- Go to the Oceanwise 2022 Auction website: https://www.32auctions.com/oceanwise2022
- When you reach the landing page, you may or may not be logged into your account. You are not required to have a 32auctions account to browse the auction. But, you are required to have an account to bid on items.
