Under special circumstances, areas of the r<\/span>eserve can be used for special uses.\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0These uses require a permit. To begin the process, please take note of the following:<\/p>

  1. Use the links below to submit your permit request. Please provide as much information as possible.<\/li>
  2. Once your permit has been reviewed and tentatively approved, we will email an invoice using the information submitted on the form.<\/li>
  3. Once the invoice has been paid, we will approve your permit and email it back to you, informing you that the request has been accepted.<\/li>
  4. Please keep all emails until your event is completed.<\/li><\/ol>

    Beach Permit Request<\/strong>
    This permit applies to any formal gathering on GTM\u2019s managed beaches, such as weddings, memorials, or other services.\u00a0Click HERE to apply for a permit<\/a>.<\/p>

    Special Use Permit Request<\/strong>
    If you want a special use permit for the GTM Trailhead Pavilion or the Guana River Picnic Area,\u00a0    click HERE to apply for a permit<\/a>.     Commercial Videography<\/strong>\/\u00a0Photography Permit Request<\/strong>
    This permit is for commercial videography and photography occurring within property directly managed by the GTM Research Reserve.
