Learn your camera’s anatomy and how ISO, aperture and shutter speed work.
- Week 2 (Oct. 8): Aperture & Depth of Field
Explore how aperture affects focus and storytelling. Learn to use aperture creatively for isolation or depth.
- Week 3 (Oct. 15): Shutter Speed & Motion
Understand how to freeze or blur motion using shutter speed. Practice techniques like action freezing and creative motion blur.
- Week 4 (Oct. 22): ISO & Light Sensitivity
Learn how ISO impacts image brightness and quality. Conduct controlled experiments to see the effects in different lighting conditions.
- Week 5 (Oct. 29): Putting It All Together + Intro to Post-Processing
Use manual mode to make creative decisions in-camera and get introduced to post-processing tools to enhance your final images.
